Hosting means that you found a home for your Web site on our Web servers, which are stored in a secure, climate controlled environment and are connected to the Internet via high speed data lines. We can also help you register your Domain Name, which becomes your unique Web address. Having your own Domain Name suggests you have your own Web space, and since email can be addressed to your domain (e.g. www.yourname.com), you will not have to announce a new email address if you change Internet providers.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time.
How long after I sign up will I be able to start uploading my website?
Within 60 minutes of signing up you will receive a welcome email with all the information you need to start uploading your website and setting up your email addresses. Just use the URL that is given in the welcome email to upload your site and view it on the web. When your domain name 'propagate' then you can start using your domain name.
Do I have unlimited access to update my pages?
Yes, You can edit your website any time day or night.
Can I run adult/pornographic Web sites on your server?
No, you cannot.
If I sign up for Annual payment, do I have to pay in one lump sum annually?
Yes. You will be automatically charged in one lump sum at the annual rate when you sign up.
Do I have to sign a contract to use your service?
No.
Can I track how many people visit my Web site?
All accounts come with a powerful Site Statistics Tool in the Control Panel that shows hits, referrer logs, country stats and more! You can even look at this data in a graphical format showing daily, monthly and yearly activity. What is considered SPAM?
SPAM is any unsolicited email. If you are going to send email to potential customers you should sign up for an 'opt-in' email list. These are lists of email addresses for people who ask to be emailed to on a specific topic, and it states that they signed up to be on that list at the beginning of the email. Can I change my billing cycle at any time?
Yes. Just call our Sales, Billing, or Technical Support and request the change in billing cycle. You will be credited the amount of money left on your account toward the new charge.
How will I be billed for my account?
If you paid by credit card your credit card will be charged monthly/bi-annual/annually depending on your account type. If you signed up for check payment, you will be emailed an invoice. Your payment is due 30 days after you receive the invoice. You can send in your check payment to the address on your invoice.
Does Hostnex provides any database solutions?
We support MS-SQL, mySQL, and MS Access and it can be easily setup and managed through Control Panel.

Does Hostnex support Microsoft FrontPage?
Yes. You can easily install your FrontPage extensions by going to your Control Panel and clicking on the 'FrontPage' button. Hostnex does support simple FrontPage technical support issues. But, if you have more extensive issues with FrontPage regarding design on your site, we will direct you to Microsoft's FrontPage Technical Support.
What version of FrontPage does Hostnex supports?
We support 2002, 2000, 98 & 97.

If your account is not up 99.9% of the time within the first 30 days you can cancel your account and receive a full refund on your hosting (excluding any setup fees if applicable) no questions asked.
Does Hostnex Offer ASP & ASP.NET?
Yes. we offer ASP and ASP.NET on all accounts at no extra cost. Note: We do not do any debugging of ASP pages that you place on our servers. You should be an experienced programmer before attempting to use ASP.
What is the size limit of each mailbox?
We monitor mailbox sizes and if any of your email boxes goes over 150 MB you will be notified. If you use an email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora this should not be a problem. Just be sure that you are not leaving a copy of your emails on our servers. This is generally the default setting in most email client software, but you can go to your settings to check.
If I cancel before the end of my hosting term, do I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds after 30 days money back period.
