Not at all. You can pay monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can also cancel at any time (see the user acceptance policies regarding this).

I am new to reselling, can you assist me

Will my customer be able to trace you as my host
We try and stay as anonymous as possible. You have the option for a monthly investment of your own nameserver , so if your customer does a trace they will see only your name.

How does your reseller plan work
When you become a Hostnex reseller you can resell web space loaded with superior features at whatever price you think is fair. Our pricing structure is very competitive. Our reseller plan allows you to become a full web hosting provider with minimal investment.

How is billing handled
We will bill you monthly in advance. You will in turn bill your clients accordingly.

Do you host Adult sites, warez sites or sites containing illegal material
No. Please see our User acceptance policies regarding this.

Is my site backed up and how often
Yes, the websites are daily backed-up.

How fast are your connections

What are your server specifications

What types of payment do you accept
We accept credit card Payment. International Customers can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Dinners, Pay Pal, Cheque, or Western Union.

Is there a 30 day money back guarantee
Yes, half the money is refunded in case of cancellation within first 30 days.

Passwords are case sensitive. Please try again or use the Forgot Password link on the login page to have the password automatically emailed to you.

Do you handle international domains
We currently house domains from other countries, and can house any valid extension. We don't register these all these domains but can certainly host them.

Do you have a secure certificate that I can use
Yes, or you can use your own. Please contact us for more information about secure certificates.

What is the path to perl
Perl is universally enabled. Simply upload your perl scripts to /www folder and they will start working.

How do I get my email
If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:

Incoming mail (POP3) server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.yourdomain.com


Can I upgrade my plan or features later
Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime by paying the difference amount only. Can I downgrade my plan or features later
Yes, you can downgrade by paying $30 setup fee.
